IDEANET Launches Managed Wi-Fi Package for Mid-Scale Hotels

Jakarta, 18 March 2025: IDEANET is offering a managed Wi-Fi package aimed at mid-scale hotels. The package covers radio design, guest access policy, and monitoring, so the property team is not left to run the wireless network alone after installation.

Guest Wi-Fi in a hotel is a shared medium. Lobby, restaurant, meeting rooms, and guest floors compete with point-of-sale, door locks, and staff devices. The design starts from that split: a guest network with its own access rules, and a separate network for hotel systems. Access points, switching, and the internet circuit are sized together, not as three unrelated purchases.

Where the property wants more than connectivity, the same engagement can include hospitality products IDEANET already delivers: IDEA+ TV and IPTV, smart room, and smart building controls under IDEA SENSE. Those pieces sit on the same LAN. They are optional. A hotel that only needs reliable guest and staff Wi-Fi can stop there.
