The contact form stores the name, email address, and message you submit, after a Cloudflare Turnstile check. Staff read those messages in the CMS. The site does not email them to a mailbox.

The registration form stores a lead: account type, full name, phone number, national ID number, address, map coordinates, and, for a company, business type and company name. Email is optional. Submitting a lead does not create a Customer ID and does not sign you in. IDEANET follows up manually.

Customer sign-in sends your Customer ID and a WhatsApp verification code to the IDEANET authentication service. After a successful check, the site stores the access token in an HttpOnly cookie named ideanet_access for up to 24 hours. That cookie is the website session. It is not a published statement of how long the upstream token remains valid.

Contact and registration details are used so IDEANET can reply to the request you sent. Sign-in details are used to show your own portal records. We do not sell this information and we do not use it for advertising.

CMS users can read and update contact messages and registration leads. Portal screens send your session to the IDEANET API so the site can show your profile, billing, and support records. Cloudflare processes the Turnstile check on the contact and registration forms.

Contact messages and registration leads stay in the CMS until a staff user deletes them. The site does not publish a shorter retention period. The sign-in cookie expires after 24 hours, or sooner if the session is rejected and the site sends you back to login.
