IDEANET Professional Services Team Opens for Enterprise Projects

Jakarta, 20 November 2024: IDEANET's professional services team is taking enterprise project work: a design review, a move, a rollout, or a migration, without requiring the customer to convert the whole network to a managed contract first.

The work matches the service list. Consulting frames the design. Implementation builds it. Migration moves workloads or circuits. Re-engineering changes a network that has grown by accumulation. Relocation covers a site move. Roll-out covers many similar sites, such as branches or hotel properties. Licensing and a custom statement of work sit beside those, when the project needs products IDEANET supplies or a scope that does not fit a standard line item.

This is project delivery, not the managed service. Managed service is the ongoing operation after the build, or instead of an in-house team. A customer can buy one, the other, or both. CapEx-to-OpEx is available when the customer wants the build treated as an operating cost. The choice is commercial and is written into the statement of work.

Coverage for on-site work follows IDEANET's network footprint, more than 40 cities, with people who can be reached through the Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali offices. A project outside that pattern is still possible. It is scoped, not assumed.
